Returns
- Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received them. All tags must still be attached, and the items must be in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items, including but not limited to undergarments, swimwear, and sale items, cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error).
Exchanges
